Mary Ann Nessel

Mary Ann Nessel joined MBL Housing & Development in October 2017, after practicing law for over twenty years at a large multinational law firm as part of their banking and finance group. After several years in the role as a project associate at MBL, she moved into her current role as development consultant in October 2020. Mary Ann is a native of western Massachusetts.

MBL is a limited liability company. MBL became an affiliate of Way Finders, a housing services nonprofit located in Springfield, MA, in July of 2015. Way Finders is the sole member of MBL, LLC. MBL will continue to maintain its own identify, its own office, and its own leadership and staffing structure. Through its relationship with Way Finders, MBL will benefit from access to a stable source of operating capital. This collaboration will also enable MBL to further expand opportunities and relationships with an increased number of nonprofit development and property management partners.
