MBL Housing and Development (MBL) is an established real estate development consulting firm located in Amherst, MA. For more than 20 years, MBL has made an impact on the production and preservation of affordable housing and community facilities, resulting in over 4,500 units of affordable housing and leveraging over $500M in public and private funding. MBL is operated by a team of dedicated real estate development professionals from our home base of Western Massachusetts.

MBL became an affiliate of Way Finders, a housing services nonprofit located in Springfield, MA, in July 2015. We are proud of our strategic partnership and collaboration with Way Finders. This collaboration will enable MBL to further expand opportunities and relationships with an increased number of non-profit development and property management partners.
